It all began with the belief that food should be an experience.

My name is Ksenia Roberts, and together with my sister, we’ve been in the restaurant business for over 8 years. Our restaurant projects have consistently ranked among the top 3 dining spots in various countries. For the past 5 years, Bali has been our home, and for us, it’s more than just a business location. It’s about understanding the local culture, the people, and the flavors that make this island unique. We’re passionate about sharing our vision of gastronomy in this exceptional place. Our guiding principles — Flavour. Essence. Beauty. — reflect our philosophy and approach to every event we cater.

Flavour is not just a taste for us; it's an entire world we unlock through carefully selected ingredients. We believe true flavour is the result of working with nature’s finest, which is why we use only the freshest, highest-quality products.

Essence is our ability to seek out and reveal the depth in every ingredient, every recipe. We don’t settle for the surface. We search for the core, ensuring each element of a dish brings out its best qualities and evokes emotions and sensations that linger in the memory.
